Summit Concrete is a pioneer for Kansas City in the area of Architectural Tilt-Up. We are continually innovating the building process.

 

Summit Concrete perfomed all the concrete work, including the Design/Build for the wall panels.

 

The owner originally conceived the buildings as plant cast precast but Summit Concrete was able to shave over $150,000 off the cost of the two proposed buildings by casting tilt up panels on site.

 

Thus, ODDO Building A was built using cast-on-site concrete wall panels. Special Features include: Inlayed in the panels are Brick, using the Scott Brick System, Burnished Block Accents and Exposed Aggregate. This allowed for faster turn-a-round and a quicker occupancy.
