Harness the Power of Design-Build
Summit Concrete got involved early in design with Titan, HWA and Page McNaghten Associates to help design a sustainable building utilizing site cast tilt up.
LEED Certified
The goal is to construct a building that will achieve LEED Silver Certification. The recycled content of the materials used to construct site cast tilt up will help achieve that goal.
Summit Concrete worked with the design team and coordinated the design of the tilt up panels with LJB.
Stone Aesthetics look great with tilt-up
Thin brick and cast stone accents were incorporated into the design to achieve matching the base standards of brick buildings.
Two different brick selections have been chosen and both running bond and solider course patterns have been incorporated in the design along with colored concrete to meet the base standards of colored mortar.
Tilt-up works great for Building Additions
The communications facility will be attached to the existing communications facility which will remain in use throughout construction.
Insulated panels will be utilized at the maintenance bay of the building.
A Blast proof vault will be constructed out of tilt up panels. In addition to the tilt up package, Summit Concrete will install the structural foundations, slab on grade, slab on deck and site concrete.
